Birth Doula Package

Continuous, Compassionate Support for Your Birth Experience

Birth is a profound and transformative experience. As your birth doula, I provide steady, experienced, and evidence-based support so you feel informed, grounded, and empowered throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period.

This package is designed to offer continuity of care — from preparation, through labor and birth, and into your first days as a family.

What’s Included:

Prenatal Support

• Two in-depth prenatal visits (in your home or virtually)
• Education on the stages of labor, comfort measures, and coping techniques
• Support creating a flexible birth preferences plan
• Evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions
• Partner preparation and guidance on how to best support you during labor

On-Call Labor Support

• 24/7 on-call availability once contract is signed 
• Phone and text support as labor begins
• Continuous, in-person labor support at your chosen birth location 

• Labor & Birth Support
• Continuous physical support (positioning, movement, comfort measures, massage, breathing techniques)
• Emotional reassurance and grounding presence
• Advocacy support and help navigating medical conversations
• Support for partners so they can participate confidently and rest when needed

Immediate Postpartum Support

• Support during the first hours after birth
• Assistance with initial feeding (breast, bottle, or combination)
• Gentle guidance as you settle in and transition to postpartum care

Postpartum Follow-Up

• One postpartum visit (within the first 1–2 weeks)
• Emotional processing of your birth experience
• Newborn care guidance and feeding support
• Referrals to trusted local providers as needed

Package Details

• On-call period: 38–42 weeks
• Birth location: Home, birth center, or hospital
• Investment: $1000 
• $500 deposit due upfront; remaining $500 collected after the birth 

This is a comprehensive, full-service birth doula package. Additional prenatal or postpartum hours may be added as desired

Nurturing You So You Can Nurture Your Baby

The postpartum period is a time of immense transition — physically, emotionally, and relationally. My role as your postpartum doula is to provide calm, compassionate support so you can rest, recover, and grow into parenthood with confidence.

This package is designed to meet you exactly where you are, offering hands-on help, education, and reassurance during the early weeks after birth.

Emotional & Practical Support

• Gentle, non-judgmental emotional support for you and your family
• A listening ear and reassurance as you adjust to life with your newborn
• Support for processing your birth experience

Newborn Care Guidance

• Education on newborn cues, soothing techniques, and sleep rhythms
• Hands-on support with diapering, bathing, swaddling, and settling
• Evidence-based information tailored to your parenting values

Feeding Support

• Support for breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, or combination feeding
• Help with positioning, latch basics, and feeding routines
• Referrals to trusted lactation professionals if needed

Household & Recovery Support

• Light household tasks related to baby and parent care
• Simple meal prep and nourishment support
• Time and space for rest, showering, or self-care

Partner & Family Support

• Guidance for partners and siblings adjusting to the new family dynamic
• Encouragement and education to build confidence for the whole household

Package Details

• Minimum commitment: 10 hours
• Scheduling: Flexible daytime or evening support
• Location: In-home postpartum care
• Investment: $40/hr

Additional hours can be added as needed to ensure continued support during your postpartum journey.
